Kurker Paget LLC

Kurker Paget is an employment and higher education law firm serving employers and educational institutions throughout Massachusetts.

We are both advisors and trial attorneys, and have represented clients before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Second, and Federal Circuits; the United States District Courts of Massachusetts, Maine, and New York; and, the Superior and Appeals Courts of Massachusetts.

Our clients are diverse and include employers large and small, healthcare organizations, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, not-for-profits, and start-ups. While our clients are varied, our approach to delivering legal services is the same: we work hard to understand our clients’ needs and goals; we counsel clients to prevent disputes before they arise; we seek early resolutions of disputes when possible; and, we litigate tenaciously when necessary.

We have conducted scores of sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment investigations for colleges, universities, secondary schools, and public and private employers.

Kurker Paget LLC is owned and operated by women. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts/Supplier Diversity Office has certified Kurker Paget as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (“WBE”). We believe that our training and background, as well as our experiences as professional women, give us a unique perspective as lawyers, especially in the areas of discrimination and harassment, and that this perspective benefits our clients as they strive to cultivate organizations free from unlawful harassment and discrimination.
