After finishing my law degree, I went into practice for myself for several years, eventually forming a small firm. During this time I made many court appearances at numerous levels of the state and federal courts, including the Virginia Court of Appeals, Virginia Supreme Court, State Corporation Commission, United States Equal Opportunity Commission, U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. At Davis Law Group, I focus on family law, labor and employment law, and litigation. In the area of labor and employment law, I have extensive experience in traditional labor law, including matters before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in traditional employment law areas such as discrimination, employee benefits and wage issues, ERISA litigation, and employee grievances. We offer guidance to a variety of clients, including small business owners and individuals.
